The Club was blessed with variable weather for Finals’ Day held on 10 September, but it didn’t detract from a splendid day of competition and eating. The winner was our Men’s 1st team captain Steven Bailey-Kennedy […]
PRLTC’s annual Chiltern Cup event took place on the middle Sunday of Wimbledon, with the sun shining and everyone enjoying the relaxed atmosphere, discussing the events from SW19 in between their matches. The tournament was competed for by 4 pairs from PRLTC and 4 pairs from other clubs in the area, and after some enjoyable tennis the eventual winners for 2017 were Amy Finnemore and Neil James from Penn & Tylers Green Tennis Club, who beat PRLTC’s very own Rosemary Woodward-Court and Sam Hussey in the final. Amy has now won the trophy for 3 years in a row (and for a second time with Neil) and this year played in the tournament just 2 days after getting married (congratulations Amy!)! […]

A massive thank you is due to everyone who helped Stephen and Sarah in making the event a success. […]
